We have a current opportunity available for a HR Business Partner on an interim basis, the role requires an immediate start and will last for up to 6months.
The position will be based in Birmingham, and will allow for hybrid working 3days in the office and 2days at home, pay rate between 20 – 25 per hour
Role
Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will provide generalist customer focused Human Resources advice, coaching and solutions that support the business.
Developing workforce plans that support local, organisational, and national strategy and agenda
Supporting the development, integration and implementation of corporate Human Resources strategy, policy and practice including the Equality agenda to become a truly Inclusive organisation
Support the Director of Workforce and OD and Head of HR with the review and update of specific HR policies and procedures, in accordance with legislation and best practice, in conjunction with Staff Side/trade unions.
Skills and Experience
Demonstrate a business-focused approach to Human Resource matters
Substantial experience of delivering strategic level advice and guidance, advising on complex employee relation issues, full range of casework experience, investigations, panels, and employment tribunal preparation, delivering change management projects and carrying out investigations
People management – managing and supporting attendance, disciplinary including appraisal, personal development review).
Manipulating and analysing Human Resource data and presenting it as accessible workforce information
Working closely with the senior leadership team
