Morgan Hunt Hiring for HR Business Partner at London Full Time

We have a current opportunity available for a HR Business Partner on a temporary basis.

Pay rate – 24 – 30 per hour

Hybrid working – 2days in the office a week

3month contract

Role – Generalist HR Business Partner

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders to add value and support the strategic people objectives

Advise, coach and partner with managers throughout the employment life cycle.

Working closely with local HR-focused staff within the client group

Working with Business Partners from other Professional Services areas (e.g., Finance, Estates, Information Services, Communication & Marketing).

Manage succession planning and talent management ensuring that we have a diverse talent pipeline.

Support with the recruitment of senior roles, including coordinating effective and inclusive attraction and selection campaigns.

Work with the employee Relations Team to progress formal cases.

Support with project work including, organisations change, well-being, EDI and succession planning and job evaluations
