Morgan Hunt Hiring for HR Business Partner, 6/9 month FTC at London Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist with experience of Investors in People to join a non-departmental public body that supports the public sector tackle climate change.

Reporting in to the HR & OD Manager you will take the lead on a number of key HR projects over a 6 to 9 month period. Your key accountabilities will include:-

Leading and supporting the IiP team to complete the organisation’s IiP submission

Reviewing and developing employee engagement activities

Relaunching corporate induction programmes

Contributing to the review of HR policies

Reviewing and developing the organisation’s approach to learning and development

Working with the HR/OD team to review and improve HR processes

Supporting the HR/OD team with job evaluation and benchmarking

You should be an HR Generalist with experience of working on Investors in People submissions and of working on a range of HR projects including employee engagement and HR process improvement. Strong stakeholder management skills need to be combined with an ability to work well with other HR colleagues. An ability to prioritise effectively is essential.
