Morgan Hunt are working with an outstanding college that is looking for a multiskilled administrator to join their team as a HR Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract. You will be supporting the HR team with various HR duties such as payroll, talent management and resourcing administration.

Main Duties:
As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for the below:
Advertising roles, liaising with managers, shortlisting candidates and partaking in the interview process.

Updating and filing relevant documents.

Assisting with payroll and providing monthly financial reports.

Organising meetings e.g probation, drafting letters, taking minutes and following up with relevant members.

Requirements:
As a HR Administrator you must have the below:
Proven experience of working in an Administration role.

Experience of working in HR Administrator role

Confident in Strong IT ability e.g Microsoft.

Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
