Morgan Hunt Hiring for HR and Recruitment Admin at London Full Time

Morgan Hunt are working with a prestigious education organisation who are recruiting for a HR/Recruitment Officer. The role is starting ASAP, 5 days in the office, paying 15 per hour PAYE in a fantastic team! As a HR/Recruitment Officer you will be based in the office in Clapham, London and will report into the HRBP. This is a temporary role initially but there will be potential for this to become permanent as they recruit for the HR/Recruitment Officer role imminently.

The HR/Recruitment Officer role will involve but not be limited to:

Posting adverts for vacancies

Liaising with managers to complete shortlisting

Arranging interviews, and occasionally sitting on panels

Sending out interview outcomes and feedback

Liaising with recruitment agencies to source temporary staff

Compiling weekly recruitment update reports for management meetings

Working with rest of the HR team to ensure vetting / pre-employment checks are completed for new starters

Onboarding for new starters

The HR/Recruitment Officer role will need to have:
Experience using HR/recruitment databases or systems

Ability to handle confidential data in line with GDPR

Ability to manage your own workload

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with care

Experience of working as a HR/Recruitment professional previously

Can do attitude and ability to go into the office
