We have a Permanent opportunity available for an experienced a HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations. This is a great opportunity to work for a well established Charity based in the UK.

Role HR Advisor

As a member of the HR Advice Team, you will autonomously manage end to end employee relations casework for your business areas Investigations, Sickness, Disciplinary, Grievance, Probation, Performance and Appeals.

Actively support the implementation of people policies and procedures.

Deliver the HR Advice team aims and objectives in line with the People Team strategy.

Effectively engage and coach managers to reduce caseload by early interventions and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.

Collaborate with colleagues and build strong working relationships in order to influence decision making.

Assist the HR People Partners with the administration/co-ordination of TUPE and Organisational Change

Produce reports and analyse management information, identifying trends and underlying issues recommending action plans when necessary.

Skills and Experience HR Advisor

End to end management of high-volume casework up to and including dismissal with a particular focus on informal resolution of cases.

Proactively partnering and coaching managers

Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders effectively

Reviewing policies and procedures and delivering training

Provided administrative support on TUPE and Organisational Change

CIPD Level 5 or actively studying or equivalent relevant work experience

Proven up to date knowledge of case law, employment law and best practice
