Morgan Hunt Hiring for Head of HR, 12 month FTC at London Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of HR to join one of the UK’s leading Housing Associations.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for motivating, leading and line managing the HR team, ensuring they provide a first class service to the business. Your key accountabilities will include:-

Liaising with internal and external stakeholder to improve the HR service model

Ensuring the organisation is an employer of choice

Developing the HR knowledge and capability of directors and senior management teams

Taking the lead on the production and delivery of the full suite of HR policies and procedures

Ensuring KPIs are produced, monitored and incorporated in to the service delivery and performance management solutions

Supporting the HR Director in ensuring that the HR Plan is delivered in accordance with agreed timescales and resources

Ensuring that the HR service remains legally compliant at all times through the provision of accurate advice

Deputising for the HR Director when needed

You should be an experienced Head of HR or Senior HR Generalist with a track record of working in a complex, customer focused environment. Experience of working in the Housing sector would be ideal but is not essential. Experience of developing and implementing strategic HR solutions needs to be combined with demonstrable experience of leading and inspiring a team. A strong knowledge of employment law and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. Ideally you will have experience of Tupe transfers.
