We have a current opportunity available for an Employee Relations Business Partner on a permanent basis, based in Birmingham.

Salary 35,000 – 37,000

Role Employee Relations Business Partner

Being the key contact for a dedicated area of the business with the support of the HR Associates on all HR related enquiries

Completing employee relations casework including flexible working requests, investigations, disciplinary and grievance

Escalating complex casework to the HR Manager, whilst supporting the process

Leading on their specialist area of either L&D or EDI

Experience

Experience of working in a busy HR environment.

Working knowledge of Employee Relations and HR.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a pressurised environment.

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

CIPD qualified at Level 5 or above.
