We are known for our engineering, design and product innovations and problem-solving abilities. Our growth in the Canadian market has created an opportunity for more talent in our sales department.
We are currently seeking an experience and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information and resolving any product and service issues. The successful candidate will have customer service and / or order processing experience in a manufacturing or business to business environment. The candidate will be reliable and dependable, and can work with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be required to excel in our fast-paced environment.
Essential Functions:
Respond to inquires and work with customers via phone, fax, video conference or by email to provide product information, receive orders, track orders, and provide shipping and receiving service.
Maintain customer information files
Handle customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Provide courteous and effective working relationships with customers, vendors and other representatives of external organizations
Work with Managers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
Work alongside our Technical Sales Representatives
Become familiar with our products and part numbers
Excellent computer and interpersonal skills – someone who has worked with the JD Edwards ERP system is an asset along with good working knowledge of MS Office 365
Has excellent organizational skills who is able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, accuracy and time management
Open minded and willing to learn
Attentiveness – ability to really listen to customers is crucial for providing great positive service
The ability to communicate in French is vital to success in this role

Qualifications:
Qualifications
College or University education is preferred
Customer Service experience at least 2-3 years
Preferred someone who is bilingual (English/French)
