Package: $30.98 per hour, Up to 12% superannuation, Leave loading, 4 weeks annual leave

Roads Technical Services in the Asset Maintenance Department have a current opportunity! More about the department listed below:
The Asset Maintenance department is responsible for the maintenance and renewal of Council’s assets throughout the region. Within the Asset Maintenance department sits a Technical Services team that is responsible for the procurement and project management of council programs for the renewal and construction of infrastructure related to the Roads and Drains Assets. The Asset Maintenance department is one of the largest departments within Council, maintaining essential community infrastructure across the Moreton Bay region. Roads Technical Services section provides an opportunity to learn Council Processes, procurement and Asset Management functions. The successful applicant will be assisting with programming, procurement, tendering & data entry & extraction associated with road pavements related assets, as well as other tasks as required while getting to site for asset condition evaluation and assisting with the delivery of projects for MBRC.

Work Location
Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of Council’s work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
