More Than A Nanny Agency LLC is a specialized boutique Nanny and Household Placement Agency serving New York and New Jersey. We are seeking a dynamic part-time team member to support our recruitment efforts in placing quality nannies, housekeepers and baby nurses in homes throughout the NY and NJ region.

This is an entry-level position for a highly motivated individual looking to grow with our company long-term. The position is flexible part-time to start with the potential to become full time in the future for the right person. Typical duties include but are not limited to:

• Sourcing, Screening and Interviewing Candidates
• Professional Client and Candidate Services
• Verifying References and Performing Background Checks
• Coordinating Interviews and Following up
• Candidate Document Management
• Supporting Placement Director as needed

This is a growth role and requires someone interested in growing with the company into more responsibility and increased compensation opportunities.

Must be very pleasant, communicates effectively, computer savvy, positive attitude, self-starter who can take ownership of their role and is reliable and self-motivated to meet our company goals.

Please note: This role requires a good amount of phone work, email work and correspondence with the candidates and the director, so although there may be some remote/hybrid opportunities, you will be active on the phones, email and in interviews and meetings.

Requirements:

• WIFI / Computer / Home Office Set-up (for any remote days)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Email)
• College Degree Preferred but not required
