We currently have an exciting role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator providing an excellent opportunity to join the Moran Logistics team at our Castle Donington site, with occasional travel to our other sites around the country. The role works days, working 37.5 hours per week and offers excellent rates of pay.

About the Role:

This role will provide seamless recruitment to the business, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the end-to-end recruitment processes including, networking to create candidate and brand attraction, managing and coordinating the entire recruitment process whilst building the Moran brand both internally and externally. The role will report directly to the Head of HR taking responsibility and delivering on recruitment KPI’s.

As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will :

• Manage the pipeline for high volume roles ensuring the business is able to fulfil all requirements
• Partner will hiring managers to understand their requirements and under represented talent areas to identify diverse talent for roles
• Searching/sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
• Asses competitor trends and market research along with the wider business to ensure our offer matches the need of with Moran Logistics
• Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking
• Be a point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the process
• Completing relevant background checks, right to work documentation, qualification checks and referencing as required
• Upskilling the leadership team in recruitment best practises creating an ‘always recruiting’ mindset on a local level to facilitate talent pipelines
• Using talent communities and location specific pools to allow for rapid and accurate shortlisting
• Ensuring that all data relevant to recruitment is accurately recorded using internal databases whilst adhering to candidate data compliance
• Developing the Moran brand through recruitment website development
• Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality and compliance requirements
• Produce and report on all recruitment KPI’s
• Broaden the colleague base and upskill the workforce through effective use of the the apprenticeship levy

What we are looking for:

• Good levels of computer literacy, with familiarity of databases and recruitment systems.
• Previous experience working in a recruitment setting
• The ability to work conjunctively with other colleagues at all levels
• A full UK driving license
• The ability to work under strict timescales and in a pressurised environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• An excellent accuracy level is essential
• Good numeracy and literacy
