Our company is looking for a talented Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Online Marketing Specialist, you will work remotely from California and will be responsible for developing and executing effective online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement comprehensive online marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising

· Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, and user behavior to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI

· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and identify opportunities to improve our digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

· 3+ years of experience in online marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, and email marketing

· Experience managing and optimizing PPC advertising campaigns

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies and measure success

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

· Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize website content for search engines

· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

· Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
