Job Title: Accounting Clerk/Assistant

Type of position: Temp

Location: Muncie, IN 47302

Type of product associate will be working with: Accounting system at a Traction Motor Company

Pay Rate:

  • $16-$19hr depending on experience

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for journal entries on a routine basis;
  • Monitor and adjust balances;
  • SAP to ERP (LN)
  • Review customer spending;
  • Responsible for A/P and A/R entry, P&L and B/S;
  • Account reconciliations for the area
  • Responsible for monthly warranty review report;
  • Prepare and update monthly and annual warranty reports.

Requirements:

  • Resume required

Experience with:

  • AP
  • Billing
  • ERP System
