About The Role

This role is responsible for working in partnership with design teams to develop products from initial concept to delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning and tracking project steps to achieve key milestones
• Responsible for assisting the design team in the development of new products per development calendar; facilitating design meetings, helping to communicate action plans, ing status to Senior Management, and helping to identifying risks and provide solutions to problems.
• Partner with the Studio Managers, Marketing and Design Leaders to ensure key milestones are met
• Recommend methods to reduce development lead time and troubleshoot off-track projects
• Be the key person for communicating changes and updates to key stakeholders
• Maintain management s and ensure data integrity

About You

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Product experience in one or more of the following industries: toys, fashion, consumer goods/FMCG, video games
• A working knowledge of the product development process.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Project.
• Clear analytical thinking and able to get to heart of problems and issues
• Able to adapt and respond to change in a fast paced environment
• Strong experience working with key stakeholders
• Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.
