THE ROLE
ing into the People & Culture Director, the P&C Business Partner works closely with the senior leadership team, managers and employees providing quality leadership and support in implementing and embedding the global P&C strategy across their localised corporate departments. Very much a generalist role, you will ensure the delivery of people programs and initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle including Recruitment and Selection; Performance, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Health and Wellbeing, Rewards & Benefits; Employee Relations, and Workplace Safety,
Our corporate departments include our Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales and Warehouse teams.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing guidance and support to all stakeholders for all people related matters.
- Partnering with and coaching managers to build high performing and engaged teams.
- Embedding current People and Culture programs and supporting and driving the localised delivery of strategic P&C projects and people initiatives.
- Reviewing employee engagement data and enabling managers to lead on action plans and support execution.
- Reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management and understanding when to escalate issues.

- delivering data-driven insights that help teams achieve growth objectives.
