About The Role

Build and support the development and implementation of product strategies to support category objectives, including full marketing programs for brands as well as general go-to-market plans and product line architecture for other brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Play an active role in product development, brainstorming sessions and review meetings, with global counterparts, to develop line plans, pricing, and launch dates to grow the category.
  • Support and manage the Total Line Plan (TLP), while partnering with Global TLP Manager to recommend a brand roll-up to category leads.
  • Support leadership team and build 1st pass of product pricing architecture.
  • Support Consensus forecast to ensure they align to total brand financial plans.
  • Drive the seasonal exclusive program with your Lead Market counterpart .
  • Manage and drive one segment within a brand as determined by leadership, presenting strategic plans through to product selection & pricing.

About You

  • Able to manage activities, projects and time well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances;
  • Relates well with others in a confident manner.
  • Intermediate social media and digital skills.
  • Competent financial and analytical skills including budget management.
  • Able to analyze data and extract key trends/learnings.
