What are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to work as the Head of People and Talent (P&T), working alongside the Head of Performance and Development and in support of the People Director to help continue the growth and success of the firm.
Responsibilities will be varied and cover all core HR but a specialism in employment law, policies, and processes would be beneficial as we refresh and enhance this area over the next few months.

Our offices are based near Liverpool Street Station and although we operate in a hybrid working environment, the successful candidate would be expected to be in the office 2-3 days a week, and on occasion more often.
