Property Maintenance Worker

Who we are: Moore Holdings is a locally owned commercial landlord. We manage office, industrial, and retail space in the St. John’s/Mount Pearl area. We are seeking to employ a full-time permanent Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position will report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance of all aspects of units, common areas and grounds.
• Aid in renovating all aspects of units for new and existing tenants.
• Able to repair/replace doors, windows, walls, floor, ceiling, cabinetry, and remodelling work, as required.
• Repair interior walls and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or plaster and painting.
• Any other reasonable request, as directed.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Previous experience in building maintenance and repair. Specifically, experience in basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing is preferred.
• Applicants must be customer service oriented with an ability to work independently.
• Candidates should also be forward-thinking with well-developed organizational skills.
• Valid Drivers License and RNC Clearance required.

$20-$23/hr based on experience
