What are we looking for?
This is a new role as part of our growing People Team. We are looking for someone with recruitment co-ordination experience. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisors you will support with the co-ordination of recruitment across both early careers/trainee and experience hiring. This is a fixed-term contract role until May 2022 and can be based in either our Guildford or Southampton office.
We are looking for someone who has experience across the complete recruitment operational cycle and can deliver talent acquisition activities on a day-to-day basis, update process, and ensure an outstanding client and candidate experience.
This would suit someone who has recruitment co-ordination experience in-house or maybe from agency and you are looking for an opportunity to gain in-house experience. We need some who is organised, efficient, delivers things in a timely fashion and is comfortable dealing with multiple recruitment activities.
Experience within a legal partnership, or indeed a partnership environment would be a bonus but is not necessary. We would be interested to find out what appeals to you about this role and Moore Barlow, so please provide a cover letter with your application!
Why should you apply?
It’s a new opportunity to be part of our recently formed Talent Acquisition team. We are building in new processes, best practise recruitment and soon to be implementing recruitment software. We’re a fun team with over 35 years of recruitment experience between us!
The other great piece about this role is that it covers the whole spectrum from early careers applications through to experience hire.
There is also the chance to learn and grow. We are looking for the right person to take responsibility for the co-ordination of recruitment, but also might be interested on taking on full cycle ownership of some of our entry level roles.
