Your Role at Moore Barlow
We’re really going places and have ambitious plans, but we can’t do it without great people! As a result, we are looking for a dynamic and confident recruiter to join our collaborative and fun Talent Acquisition team.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with two other Talent Acquisition Advisors you will own operational recruitment for your specific area and deliver day-to-day resourcing activities, manage stakeholders and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
The wider People team are based between our Southampton, Guildford, Woking and London offices and this role will be based in either Southampton or Guildford. We do offer a hybrid working model so you can work in the office 2/3 days a week and the rest from home, it’s up to you!
What We Look For
Do you have in-house recruitment experience or maybe you are from agency and are looking for an opportunity to gain in-house experience? This is such an exciting opportunity to be part of our recently formed Talent Acquisition team. We are developing new processes, building best practise recruitment and implementing new recruitment software. We’re also a fun, friendly and relaxed team with almost 50 years of recruitment experience between us!
We are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing, highly organised and able to deliver in a timely fashion. You will be a strong communicator, a team player and will be comfortable dealing with multiple recruitment activities and a high volume of roles.
Previous experience in the Legal sector or a similar ‘partnership’ environment would be a huge bonus, but this is not essential. What’s more important is your ability to communicate with and manage senior stakeholders within our business and work in partnership with our suppliers to ensure a superior candidate journey.
