Moonlight Home Care is looking for a talented Recruiting and Engagement Coordinator to join our team and manage the hiring, onboarding and engagement for Home Care Aides / Caregivers. Our Agency is the leading home care provider in Somerset & surrounding counties.

You will be responsible for sourcing caregivers, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork for our caregivers. If you have strong communication skills and are confident we want to meet you. We like working with people who think ‘outside-the-box’ and who finish projects in a timely manner. Ultimately, you should be able to manage our full recruitment cycle and ensure we always meet our staff requirements.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
