You will be based full-time in our client’s Tampa, FL office. This role is not hybrid.

Customer Support Assistant Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer support services
• Support the smooth processing of sales administration
• Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process transactions
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Customer Support Assistant Requirements:

• Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work full-time
• Ability to commute to work location in Tampa, FL
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential
