We’re currently working with a new client in the San Antonio region who is looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to maintain their clients’ accounts and serve as our main point of contact.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of working in a customer-facing role, a passion for helping others, and a drive to provide exceptional customer service at private site events.

Objectives of the Customer Service Representative Role

• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
• Develop a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services to be able to match customers to the right products and services as well as upsell

Customer Service Representative – Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

• Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs, our campaigns are designed to meet our clients’ customers in places where they live, work or shop.
• Increase brand exposure
• Process point-of-sale transactions
• Promote clients’ products and services to customers
• Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
• Generate progress s to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
• Identify and carry out upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

Requirements

• Some experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Our client requires candidates to be over the age of 18 due to dealing with sensitive customer information
• The ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solution-orientated with the ability to solve problems
