Full-time / On-site position

We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant who can confidently interact with customers and promote our clients’ products and services. Although a background in customer service and sales is preferred, our client is more interested in hiring based on attitude, passion, and personality. This customer-centric role involves a mix of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings.

Our client is looking for team players and game-changers who will be confident in handling all aspects of the client’s acquisitions. They carry out sales and marketing activities in event spaces such as retail stores, B2B, and residential areas, depending on the client and the products and services.

Your duties will include:

• Professionally interacting with customers and building customer relationships
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by management
• Providing product demonstrations
• Answering customer inquiries on time

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic IT skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to commute to our office in Phoenix, AZ
• Strong work ethic and desire to exceed targets and objectives
