Our client offers a competitive salary with additional bonuses incentives and OTE and learn.

You will be working full-time from their Rio Grande Valley, TX office. This role is not hybrid.

Salary: $700-$1000 weekly

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer support services
• Support the smooth processing of sales administration
• Addressing customer’s inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Provide product information and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using the client’s available system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Customer Service Assistant Requirements:

• Candidates must be over 18 years old and available to work on-site.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential.
