Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage potential customers, build relationships, and generate new leads through various channels.
• Understand client needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions that align with company policy and event management services.
• Present the unique value proposition to clients, showcasing their expertise, creativity, and commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and optimize client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
• Represent our clients at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote their services and expand the client base.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must be open to an on site position
• Proven experience in a customer sales or business development role, preferably in the events, hospitality, or related industry.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport and establishing trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills, effectively conveying the value of our client’s services.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills including time management skills, with the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing industry.
