Moog Inc Hiring for Junior Software Test Engineer Job at Wolverhampton, England Full Time

Job Summary

Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Junior Software Test Engineer to join the team at our site in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will work closely with our Mechanical Engineers and Electronic Design Engineers in the design, development, maintenance, and upgrading of the Test Rigs.

The rigs at our Wolverhampton facility are programmed to perform closed-loop control, data acquisition, data analysis, reporting generation, and hardware control using VB.Net, C, C++, C#. In addition, you will support the technical review of software solutions and the creation of detailed proposals in collaboration with our wider Engineering functions

Key Skills

• Possession of a bachelors’ degree, or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline is essential (ie. Software, Electronics, Mechatronics).
• Experience in creating software solutions using VB.net, C, C++ and C# on standard PCs or embedded systems is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of PC operating platforms (DOS/ Windows/ Microsoft Environments).
• Must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance
