Opportunity

We are looking for cyber security engineers (we will consider graduates to seniors) to join our research teams developing tools to defeat state-based threats. We’re looking for people with enquiring and inventive minds, who love a challenge, and have a passionate interest in the latest technology and how it works.

In time, once appropriate security clearances have been attained, candidates will have an opportunity to work part time in our growing Security Operations Centre (SOC), developing skills and understanding of defensive network operations. The SOC role involves a limited on-call commitment out of normal business hours and attracts additional remuneration and benefits.

Profile

Candidates will have:

Essential

· a good degree in computer science(or similar), with a strong understanding of computer software, networks and systems.

· An understanding of cyber security fundamentals, including methods for securing computer software, networks and systems.

· Live within 1 hr travel time of the Montvieux’s office in Tewkesbury

Desirable

· Masters degree in Cyber Security or equivalent experience in the Cyber Security domain

· Solid understanding of network and computer security, security testing, software security

· Experience with Windows & Linux platforms

· Scripting skill set (Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, Powershell) will be considered a plus

· Strong analytical, critical observation skills

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Collaborative and team focus

· Ability to prioritize tasks
