Montgomery Industrial Services Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Hanover, ON Full Time
We are looking for an outgoing, organized individual to join our team in our dispatch department. Position includes:
- Scheduling service calls, maintenances and installations
- Dispatching technicians
- Invoicing service calls, maintenance visits and install projects
- Communication within office
- Handle emergency call pick up
- Answer phones
- Follow up on service calls
- Process customer payments
- Over the counter sales of filters and UV bulbs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
Expected start date: 2021-01-04
