Montessori School of Manhattan Beach Hiring for Preschool Office Assistant/ Secretary at Manhattan Beach, CA Full Time

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree preferred
• 12 ECE units (Early Child Education)
• Great communication skill & team player
• 1+ years of experience in an education and/or an office environment required
• Ability to work both independently (without immediate supervision) and collaboratively with other staff members

Primary Responsibilities:

Greets every family, child, and staff member in a positive and welcoming manner.
Answers phones in a professional and courteous manner.
Supports the Leadership Team in classroom requests such as subbing in classrooms, bathroom breaks, supplies needed from teachers and being a team player.
Assists in daily class functions of a group of children upon request and business needs, such as covering classroom teacher lunch breaks when needed.
Maintain school ordering from costco and amazon
Prepares and maintains new family enrollment packets and prospective family tour packets
Supports the Leadership Team in helping schedule appointments and reaching out to prospective families
Assists in always maintaining a clean and presentable building
Keeping our school healthy and safe for the children.

Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
