Job Summary:
Under close supervision, the Medical Record Indexer is responsible for identifying, organizing, and indexing pertinent electronic records (e.g. military records, diagnostic test results, physician’s notes, etc.) by medical specialty and/or contentions using required technology. This position reviews high
volumes of confidential electronic files for the presence of required documents and escalates incomplete/incorrect records in accordance with policies and procedures.
