Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff to client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly-individualized treatment.

We are seeking an experienced in-house Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

This position will recruit for multiple residential and outpatient mental health positions across the US. These positions include therapists, psychiatrists, mental health workers, nursing, leadership, nutrition, and more.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, developing relationships with universities, and working with managers to meet their staffing needs.

The ideal candidate has the the ability to “think outside of the box” to support with creative recruitment strategies for critical positions.

In addition, the candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in health and/or behavior health managing multiple openings.

This position is remote but must be flexible in supporting multiple time zones and travel to sites, on occasion.
