The Role

• Recruiting technology professionals across Europe.
• Seek new clients and create new business opportunities.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Creating precise job descriptions and advertising them on appropriate job boards.
• Actively headhunting passive candidates in the target market, on appropriate channels such as LinkedIn.
• Hit revenue targets.
• Create a network of key stakeholders.

Successful candidates will receive 12 months of tailored training. You will also be working closely with an associate director, designated mentor, and a variety of our best recruiters to help you become a fully independent consultant by the end of the first year.

Requirements:

• Graduated within the past 3 years
• Preferably have a sales background
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
• Have a success-driven mentality and a strong work ethic.
• Have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
• Have outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Be resilience, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Be a keen learner and listener.
