Job Duties Include but are not limited to:

Part Time (3 days a week)

Duties will include account payables, receivables, credit cards, bank reconciliation, and collections. Candidates will be able to make phone calls, sending letters, statements and making reports; as well as filing, scheduling and working on special projects.

Qualifications:

Must have a related Degree. Must have experience in QuickBooks.

Proficient in MS Office: Word, Access, Excel, Outlook.

Analytical skills, detail oriented, communications skills.

Professional, enthusiastic, organized.

Work independently and have team spirit.

Salary: According to experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
