Monroe Montessori School Hiring for Lower Elementary Montessori Lead Teacher Full Time

The Monroe Montessori School, celebrating over 40 years of serving children and families with Montessori education in Snohomish County, is seeking a lower elementary Montessori lead teacher for the 2023-24 school year.

We offer competitive salaries and professional development support. Our Elementary Faculty enjoy well equipped classrooms, small class sizes, full time teacher assistants, and inspiring curriculum. Candidates must be able to implement an authentic Montessori curriculum, be detail oriented, work well as a team member, be experienced in classroom management skills and possess an abiding love of children and teaching.

Candidates must also excel in student record-keeping and the ability to guide student social, emotional, and academic growth. Lastly, candidates must have lower elementary Montessori certification (ages 6 to 9). Washington State teacher certification also preferred, but not required.

Pay: $25.00 – $40.00 per hour
