Monpellier Ltd Hiring for IT ACCOUNTANCY SOFTWARE APPRENTICE Job at Carlisle, England Full Time

The role will involve assisting end users with accountancy software & IT queries. The role will also involve software installation & troubleshooting problems, both IT-related and Accountancy related.

A good telephone manner is essential & also a keen attitude towards fixing problems. The role will vary from day to day with different scenarios. One day you may be dealing with a simple accountancy query, the next there might be some data that needs fixing. You are required to answer and log phone calls to the helpdesk system.

The apprentice will be working closely with the Support Team Manager and a team of Business Software Technicians, shadowing what they do on a daily basis until they’re comfortable working independently.

PROGRESSION

As the trainee progresses there will be opportunities to be trained in the various software packages we support and attend vendor-specific training courses. Full-time employment as a technician & then further down the line, a Business Software Consultant.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £9,620.00-£13,500.00 per year
