Responsibilities of the Role:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Advanced skills with Word/Outlook – document mergers etc.
• Experience in providing Administration support
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform numerous Financial Management task including but not limited to;
• bank reconciliations;
• invoicing;
• making payments;
• payroll processing;
• preparing and lodging various compliance such as BAS and payroll tax
• Demonstrate understanding and management of the working paper reconciliation process and reporting timeline

Suitable applicants will ideally possess the following:

• Completion of a tertiary qualification relating to Accounting or Finance
• 1 – 2 years of accounting/bookeeping experience
