MonetizeMore Hiring for VP Ad Tech Engineer at Toronto, ON Full Time

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced VP Ad Tech Engineer to lead and manage a team of developers under the direction of the Chief Product Officer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Project manage a team of software developers using the Agile Scrum framework

Work in close collaboration with the CTO, CPO and development team to architect the current ad technology

Help CPO with innovation, implementation, and the growth of new ad optimization products

Perform software code reviews on new features

Fix any technical AdOps issues with current implementations

Tackle any Header Bidding implementation issues quickly and effectively

Mentor developers to boost their AdOps knowledge and their ability to grow within their position

Skills Requirements

Education Requirements: Post-Secondary Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required

Work Experience Requirement: Must have at least 3 years of experience in advertising technology as a software developer or software engineer

Skills Requirements:
Demonstrated work history of coaching and leading teams of software developers

Three or more years of work experience in Python and JavaScript

Demonstrated work history with Prebid header bid technology

Demonstrated work history with optimization of Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, Google Ad Exchange, and third-party ad networks with a large publisher

Demonstrated work history as a Full-stack software developer with experience in building web applications, ad technology and working with APIs

Demonstrated work history of performing code reviews, DevOps and continuous integration principles

Salary: $151,200 CAD/annum

Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week
