Moncel Hiring for IT Specialist at Toronto, ON Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking a results-oriented IT specialist/administrator who will work from home to run our company’s IT support and help maintain our web hosting infrastructure. You will be maintaining and monitoring cloud servers, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and tracking IT assets.

To ensure success as an IT specialist/administrator, you should have experience in a similar role and the ability to optimize the performance of our IT service. An accomplished IT specialist/administrator will be someone whose technical expertise results in enhanced IT system efficiency across company structures.

Key Responsibilities for this role:
Monitoring and maintaining networks and servers.

Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.

Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential.

Creating user accounts and performing access control.

Helping onboard new employees by procuring and shipping computer hardware.

What we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

Experience running Linux servers on AWS or a similar cloud platform.

Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
