The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate professional to join the Student Services Team in the Faculty of Arts.

The Student Services Coordinator position plays a critical role in coordinating a range of activities and provide subject matter expertise for students and staff on complex student administrative matters.

In this role, you will provide advice to students and liaise with staff to resolve issues providing ownership through to resolution. The role also involves administrative support across a range of programs including mobility, work integrated learning, academic progress and complex case management. Your work will help ensure Monash Arts students have the skills and experience to give them an edge in a competitive market.

As the successful candidate, you will have proven customer relationship and project management skills and highly developed communication skills to respond effectively to student queries.

Demonstrated commitment to initiating continuous service, operational improvements, and identifying solutions to challenging issues is essential.
