The Opportunity

Your role as part of the professional and dynamic eSolutions team, will be to provide both staff and students with exceptional IT tier-one/tier-two support in conjunction with the rest of the eSolutions team.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

• Resolving client issues effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring all parties are updated as required
• Ensuring all relevant details are logged and recorded into the internal system
• Maintaining up to date skills and knowledge by attending on-going training sessions
• Contributing to continuous improvement activities

To be successful in this role you will have:

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Sound technical knowledge of desktop hardware and both standard and customised (in house) software, and in-depth knowledge of the University’s SOE 3
• Sound analytical and problem-solving skills and a demonstrated commitment to providing high levels of customer service
• High level communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diversity of colleagues and clients
• Demonstrated capacity to work as an effective member of a team and exercise independence, judgement and initiative

This role is a full-time position; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
