The opportunity
In aid of this, we’re now seeking your expertise in talent identification, candidate and stakeholder engagement, and recruitment best practice, to take on the role of Indigenous Talent Partner, focusing on nurturing and growing our Indigenous talent connections, and actively targeting and representing Indigenous talent to upcoming and available positions across the University.
Working closely with the Recruitment Team, and through leveraging the expertise and support of our William Cooper Institute, you will be given the latitude to make change, enhance our engagement strategies, iterate our approach, and ultimately make a positive impact for Indigenous Australians seeking a supportive and inclusive environment in which to grow.
