The Department of Marketing is one of the largest providers of tertiary-level marketing education in Australia. From a teaching perspective, we offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs in a range of marketing disciplines across all campuses and using various teaching modes. The Department of Management is a large grouping of management educators and researchers in the Asia-Pacific region with academic staff teaching on the Monash metropolitan Australian campuses and at our international locations in China, Malaysia and in Italy. The Department has an international reputation for its research and teaching in many fields of management, including: human resources, employment relations, operation management, international business, strategic management and organisational behaviour. Teaching is managed through three academic groups: Governance, Leadership and Organisation (GLO); Human Resources, Employment Relations and Research (HRERR); and, International Business, Operations and Strategy (IBOS). The Opportunities
Monash Business School is looking to appoint a number of outstanding academics, across a range of teaching areas and academic levels, who share a passion for research, teaching, and engagement. While the areas of expertise required for teaching needs do not necessarily need to be the same as the areas of research expertise for our academics, The Department of Marketing seeks to recruit academics with a capacity to contribute to our critical mass of research centres, emerging groups, and management education programs. We welcome applications from outstanding candidates in any field of management that relates to our teaching, and research efforts, and have current teaching needs at the academic levels and in the areas of teaching outlined below.
