About our DayTreatment Centre/Endoscopy Suite at Monash Health
Monash Health is the largest public health service in Victoria, employing over 18,000 people across a range of specialities.
The Day Treatment Centre at Dandenong Hospital is 12 bed unit open Monday to Friday. We are a busy and exciting area that provides pre & post-operative care to day surgery patients of many different specialties. Within our Day Treatment Centre we also have the endoscopy suite and day medical unit and are offering the opportunity to work across all areas.
The Endoscopy Suite is a 1 procedure room department open Monday to Friday. We are a fast paced exciting area that provides Endoscopic procedures to patients from multiple units including Colorectal, gastroenterology and Respiratory.
About The Role
As Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for working with all hospital departments to improve flow and patient experience, duties will include but are not limited to:

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in either Day Surgery Unit/Theatre and/or Endoscopy – we have a Full Time ongoing opportunity. We are a Monday to Friday unit operating between 7am-9.30pm so have family friendly Rostering –No weekends!

With a solid background in Anaesthetics & Recovery and Procedures you will understand how to work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player and strive to provide exceptional patient care experiences. With your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, you are easily able to liaise and engage with others at all levels to deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
You are a compassionate individual who possesses a patient-centred approach with an excellent bedside manner. Positive outcomes for your patients is a priority while of course following a high standard in your clinical approach.
