JOB SUMMARY: ing to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President, Talent Management will lead the strategies, processes, and roadmaps that drive the acquisition, development, and retention of talent for Monarch Landscape Companies. The Key focus areas include recruiting, talent assessment, talent development, culture building, and assessing people / culture at potential new investments. The Vice President of Talent Management will work closely with our leaders to bring world-class people and talent practices to our family of companies through a focus on our employee value proposition.
