Position Summary
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be the architect of innovative, inclusive, companywide recruitment strategies that strengthen our ability to attract, assess, and select talent across all levels of the organization. This leader will implement strategies that elevate our employer brand, offer a dynamic candidate experience, and deliver a robust network of external candidates that meet current and future business needs. This role is also responsible for diversity recruitment and Affirmative Action Programs.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- Drive operational and process excellence by continuously evaluating and re-imagining talent attraction and acquisition processes
- Lead, coach, and develop talent acquisition team which performs as talent advisors to ensure effective results and solid performance in achieving talent demands of the business
- Consult with business leaders to develop and implement functional specific recruiting strategies and programs that drive impact in achieving business results
- Direct large-scale recruitment projects in a manner that ensures the effective selection of high quality, diverse new hires
- Vendor Management to include ATS and recruiting platforms
- Build and leverage recruitment analytics that lead to identification of solutions and improvement areas for recruitment programs
- Encourage people and culture practices that promote retention of key talent
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition
- Talent Acquisition leadership experience with demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and drive change in a complex environment
- Thought leadership, abreast of industry trends and dynamics impacting Talent Acquisition
- Demonstrated project and people leadership
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience identifying and analyzing trends
- Experience working with vendors, contract negotiation
- Experience working with high volume, evergreen roles
- Experience working with Affirmative Action
Preferred Skills and Experience
- TA management experience (minimum 6 reports)
- Ability to train business partners/leaders on interviewing skills
- Ability to communicate across departments, and collaborating to meet the need
