Kōjin is located in the third floor of Momofuku Toronto. Conceptualized in 2018 with a completely new space and menu. The open kitchen creates an impressive dining experience, Kōjin is a celebration of the hearth. The charcoal grill in the middle of the open kitchen of the restaurant meets the freshest local ingredients over an open flame. We’re looking to challenge the norm while pushing our culture to be the best it can be. Your purpose while in this role is to assist with a flawless flow of services to support an exceptional customer experience with a focus on table maintenance, accurate delivery of food and beverage to guests, expediting dishes from the kitchen line to the servers, clearing and resetting tables and actively seeking out opportunities to make a guests experience a memorable one.
