Mommy and Aiden Academy Hiring for Lead Teacher Full Time

We are looking for a dependable, loving, patient, and a hard working full-time Teacher or Teacher Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan both long and short range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy.
• Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child
• Prepare monthly plan charts
• Complete bi-annual assessment of children’s development
• Maintain daily open communication with parents
• Keep accident
• Maintain confidentiality
• any suspect abuse to supervisor
• Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophy
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment
• Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
• Attend in service and staff meetings
• Supervise the kids
• Keep all appropriate records such as records, attendance and time sheets.
• Meet all applicable licensing regulations
• Participate as a member of our team player

Qualification:

• At least one year of experience working with children. ( internship is acceptable)
• At least 18 years old
• High school Diploma/GED
• CPR/ First Aid Certificate
• Food and Sanitation License an advantage
• Bilingual an Advantage

With

• An Associates in Early Childhood Development

Or

• 30 semester hours of credit from an accredited college or university with 6 semester hours related to child care or child development.

Or

– A current CDA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

they do not enter the daycare.
