Job Description

Join our dynamic team as the Director Account Management, where you’ll play a pivotal role in sculpting and expanding our high-performing Account Executive and Strategic Client Executive Team (Account Management Team).

Your mission? Ensure not only that our company goals are met, but that your team soars to new heights while we scale operations.

What you’ll do:

• Take the reins of the APAC sales team, guiding Account Executives and Strategic Client Executives from demo to close in the APAC region, crafting net new revenue opportunities for new account acquisition, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell motions.
• Define robust strategies for various business verticals, complete with clear deliverables, KPIs, and pathways to drive outstanding business outcomes.
• Cultivate positive and influential relationships with your direct s, shaping a team that’s not just productive but inspired.
• Amplifying our brand recognition and mindshare at all levels, while passionately evangelizing our solution and showcasing success stories as a brand ambassador.
• Navigate the sales landscape with precision, forecasting, measuring, and ing results through the strategic use of Salesforce.
• Ensure every facet of business development has the ideal resources for peak efficiency and keep your team motivated and engaged in their pursuit of excellence.
• Proactively identify and mitigate sales pipeline risks, using your foresight to keep our momentum unstoppable.
• Serve as the authentic voice of the customer, collecting feedback to fuel continuous improvement across the business.
• Lead impactful sales forecasting and strategy discussions with business leadership, charting a course for future success.
• Play a pivotal role in the exciting hiring and onboarding process of new sales team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales leadership, crafting strategies, managing teams, and executing programs for account executives and account management teams in the software/SaaS realm.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Showcase a robust and proven track record of management and strategic selling prowess.
• Navigate with ease the complexities of leading teams in both enterprise and tactical business environments.
• Boast personal experience closing million-pound deals and a history of consistently exceeding quotas.
• Command a strong executive calling experience and an impactful presence.
• Embrace a professional demeanor, articulate communication, and excellent presentation skills.
• Bring a positive attitude, a ‘can do’ approach, and a ‘think outside-the-box’ mentality.
• Be ready to travel up to 30%-40%.
